Accessibility at DCC
The Department of Cannabis Control (DCC) is committed to making our website usable and accessible for all Californians. Our goal is to ensure everyone—regardless of ability—can find, understand, and use the information and services we provide online.
We regularly review our site and make updates to improve accessibility. Your feedback helps us continue this work. If you experience any barriers or have suggestions for improvement, please email us at info@cannabis.ca.gov.
About this certification
The Department of Cannabis Control (DCC) publishes its Website Accessibility Certification on this page to provide transparency and ensure the public can easily access our certification record. This replaces our previous PDF-based certification process and aligns with how other state agencies share their accessibility commitments.
This page will be updated every two years as part of the state’s bi-annual certification requirement. Past certifications will be archived and available for reference.
