CDFW, SWRCB, and CalCannabis to Host Three Additional Cannabis Cultivation Permitting Enrollment Workshops

State Water Resource Control Boards (SWRCB), California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW), and the California Department of Food and Agriculture’s CalCannabis Cultivation Licensing division (CalCannabis) will be hosting three Cannabis Cultivation Permitting Enrollment workshops on December 4-6 from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. The workshop locations are as follows: 

Tuesday, December 4: 73-710 Fred Waring Drive, Suite 115, Palm Desert, CA 92260
Wednesday, December 5: Adelanto Stadium, 12000 Stadium Way, Adelanto, CA 92301
Thursday, December 6: El Garces Room, 950 Front Street, Needles, CA 92363

The Water Quality Control Board in conjunction with CDFW and CalCannabis will give presentations about their permits/program requirements, followed by a questions and answer session in a group setting.  After the presentations, you will have the opportunity to interact one-on-one with agency staff and ask project-specific questions.  If you bring the information listed in this flyer, Water Quality Control Board staff will assist you in applying for the Water Board’s cultivation permit.
