SACRAMENTO – The Bureau of Cannabis Control and the Department of Consumer Affairs’ Cannabis Enforcement Unit (DOI-CEU) today announced enforcement action on an unlicensed cannabis retailer operating in Southern California.

On Thursday, July 11, 2019, DOI-CEU served a search warrant on “Strange Therapy Solutions”, an illegal retailer located at 2781 W. Ramsey St. in the city of Banning. The search warrant resulted in the seizure of over $1.6 million in cannabis products. Two misdemeanor citations were also issued.

The Banning Police Department assisted DOI-CEU in the serving of the search warrant.

All commercial cannabis activity in California requires a state-issued license from one of the state’s three cannabis licensing authorities. Selling cannabis goods without a state license is a violation of state law. To file a complaint against illegal activity, click here – https://bcc.ca.gov/consumers/file_complaint.html
