Because you are requesting to change information in the license renewal application you submitted to the Department, the owner submitting the request must sign under penalty of perjury that the revised information is true and accurate. Business owners are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all information on file in the Manufactured Cannabis Licensing System (MCLS).
