Cultivation Licensing System (CLS) Quick Reference Guide
This is a guide to the Cultivation Licensing System (CLS) provided by the California Department of Cannabis Control (DCC). Starting January 1, 2023, multiple licensed and previously licensed premises can be consolidated into a single Medium or Large cultivation license, provided they have the same owners and at least one license is currently active.
In this document, we’ll show you how to request the conversion of your licenses through the department’s CLS.
