Distributors
Have the following documents ready in case they are requested during the application review process
- Standard operating procedures (Form DCC-LIC-019)
- Proof of insurance as defined in section 15308
- Transport vehicle information as defined by section 15312
Retailers
Have the following documents ready in case they are requested during the application review process:
- Standard operating procedures (Form DCC-LIC-019)
- Delivery employee information as defined by section 15415
- Delivery vehicle information as defined by section 15417
Cannabis event organizers
Input the following information:
- Number of temporary events the applicant will hold during the 12-month license period
Note: A cannabis event organizer license shall not be required to comply with subsections (c)(5), (c)(17), (c)(20), (c)(21), (c)(22), (c)(24), (c)(25), and (c)(26) of 15002.
Testing laboratories:
Upload the following documents:
- Certificate(s) of accreditation as defined by sections 15701 and 15702, or the information required for an interim license as defined by section 15703.
- Method validation reports for specified testing methods
- Standard operating procedures (Form DCC-LIC-019)
