Manufacturing renewal: Labor peace agreements

As part of the CLEaR renewal process for manufacturing, you will need to provide details related to your Labor Peace Agreement (LPA) based on the number of employees at your business. Depending on your selection, you will be required to submit either a notarized Form DCC 9205 Labor Peace Agreement statement or a copy of the signature page of your LPA during the document upload phase. Be prepared to provide the name of the labor organization and the LPA expiration date to ensure your renewal is processed smoothly.
